Online Parking Ticket Payment System

To pay parking tickets online, please follow these directions:

1. Enter the ticket number in the box provided.
2. Select the Submit button to begin the secure credit card payment process*. This link will take you to a secure website.
3. Before entering a payment, please verify that the ticket is your responsibility.
4. Enter your credit card information and select the Submit button.
5. Wait for a confirmation page. You may print the confirmation page for your records.

Please Note

1. Tickets may not be immediately available for payment after issuance. Typically tickets are available for online payment within a week from the date of issue. If your ticket does not come up in the system, check to ensure that the ticket number entered is correct and try again. If the ticket number still does not come up, please check on the issue date and ensure that at least a week has passed since the ticket was issued.
2. There is a $2.25 non-refundable service fee per transaction.
3. The online payment system accepts all credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card) and PIN-less debit card transactions. Please have your credit card information available.
4. The ticket number is required to pay online. To obtain assistance on where to locate the ticket number, please click on this link: ticket number sample images.
5. To obtain the ticket number by vehicle license plate number and/or registered owner, please call 1-866-561-9744 between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time, except holidays.
6. If you would like to contest this ticket, please complete the Initial Administrative Review Form.
7. Low-income payment plans are available to those who submit an application and supporting documentation. Eligibility is based on monthly income that is 200% or less of the current poverty guidelines, per U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and/or receive public assistance benefits. Please download the Indigent Payment Plan Guidelines and Application to review the specific criteria.
